The suspended Governor of Rivers State, South-South Nigeria, Siminalayi Fubara, has made his first public appearance after a brief vacation in the United Kingdom.

He was spotted on Sunday at a Boys Brigade Metropolitan Battalion Council Nigeria event held in Port Harcourt, just a day after his return to the state.

According to a statement released by his media aide, Nelson Chukwudi, the event was organized to mark the successful completion of the Boys Brigade’s religious camp activities in Rivers State.

Governor Fubara’s presence at the event drew attention, as it marked a rare public outing since his suspension.

The gathering brought together community leaders, faith-based groups, and youth representatives to celebrate the organization’s achievements and ongoing commitment to youth development through faith and discipline.
