As Dr. Thomas Attah receives torrents of congratulatory messages on his conferment with a chieftaincy title by the Onojie of Ekpoma kingdom, His Royal Highness, Anthony Abumere II, Mr. Goddy Francis Okoyo FCA, a Canadian based Chartered Accountant, Management Consultant, and Behavioural Scientist and Comrade Tony Erha, a journalist and activist, have congratulated him.
Mr. Okoyo, who is more known in the circles by the GFO acronym and Comrade Erha, who are longtime associates of Dr. Attah, in a joint press statement, also applauded Dr Attah, for his ingenuity and public-spiritedness, saying further that “the sky is his limit in his selfless quest to better the lots of Edo and Nigerian societies”.
Praising the words and doings of Dr. Attah, which he said is evident of a thorough bred and authentic leadership, Mr. Okoyo recalled with thanks, that without the focus and consistency of the like of Attah, who championed the agitation and realisation of the emergence of an Esan as governor of the state, the equity and achievement of rotational power in the state, would not have been possible.
Okoyo, also a philanthropist and chieftain of the state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who hails from Ugboha Ward of Esan South East local government area (LGA), and former Director of the Diaspora Committee of the 2024 Edo APC Election Campaign Council, which worked for the election of Governor Monday Okpebholo, thanked Dr. Attah for “his commitment to the just cause”.
Dr. Attah, a topflight business executive, a PhD holder in Social and Personality Psychology, from the premier University of Ibadan, is a ‘homeboy’ in Ekpoma kingdom, and of a blue blood from the Attah’s lineage of Ososo Community, Akoko Edo LGA of Edo State.
