Juliana Osanebi, the elder sister of former Deputy Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly (DTHA), Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi, r3cemtly marked he 69th birthday anniversary.
In recognition of the landmark celebration, Hon. Osanebi presented his amiable sister a parcel of land in a choice area of Asaba, capital of Delta, as a special birthday present to commemorate the occasion.
Besides, Osanebi also mobilized a renowned construction company, Dream Homes by Nebi, to construct a brand-new house on the parcel of land.
The land will serve as a lasting reminder of thoughtfulness towards and a testament to the strong bond between him and his Elder Sister who he fondly calls Big Mummy who assumed the role of a mother following the demise of their late mother.
It also highlights the importance of family and relationships. The gift and construction project serve as a reminder of the value of celebrating milestones and showing appreciation for loved ones.
With an initial budget of ₦160 million, the contractor is expected to deliver a luxurious and comfortable abode that meets Juliana’s needs and exceeds her expectations.
The new home is expected to be completed within a reasonable timeframe, providing Juliana with a comfortable and happy living space to enjoy her golden years.
This thoughtful gift will undoubtedly bring joy and happiness to Juliana’s life, and she will cherish the thought and effort that went into making it a reality.
Responding, an elated Juliana who could not hide her excitement as the land documents and cheque were handed over to her, recalled that by this time last year, Osanebi also gifted her a brand new car.
